If I crack TOEFL exam then what advantages for me ? Like can I get chance to do lectureship in abroad ?

Dear Akash, TOEFL is a Language Proficiency test that students take for either studying or working abroad. With your TOEFL score, you can apply to Universities that you wish to study or work for. Considering other eligibility criteria as well, your application is either accepted or rejected. So in short, TOEFL tesys the Language proficiency of non native English speakers applying abroad either for higher studies or career opportunities. TOEFL doesnt guarantee you a job though.

It means there is no grantee for job..
