If I declined my current allotment and click to move on for next round of counselling in TNEA ,what will be the procedure?

Hey there!
There's not much difference in the procedure since you've already done a lot of important procedures. You'll probably have to do another choice locking if you wish you change your preferences other than that you don't have to do anything because your documents are already uploaded.
