Here are the eligibility criteria For NIOS students to appear in the neet examination-
1. The candidate should have class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects- UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%.
2. The candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
3. The Candidates should have passed Class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology and English as compulsory subjects.

As per the current eligibility criteria of NEET NIOS students are provisionally eligible for NEET but it subjects to the verdict of Hon'ble SC because the case is still pending in SC so yes you will be eligible for NEET 2021 but there are some criterion which needs to be fulfilled in order to appear for NEET :
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2021, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.
