As per the guidelines and instructions issued in the official website  ( https://vit.ac.in/files/VITEEE-online-guidelines.pdf ) you may not be able appear for actual exam. It is mandatory to appear for first mock test and second mock test. If you couldn't attend either one or both mock test you might not be able to take the actual test. We would recommend you to contact the helpdesk regarding the same and enquire.
