If I didnt do anything in Quarantine , will it affect my Resume ?

Possibly it doesn't because you might have past accomplishments in which ever field you are interested in. If you are a final year student or searching for a job you still have time to make use of it you can learn a new hard skills/soft skills or join in any online course which will add to your knowledge. Or you can take up an hobby so that you can add that your resume and if you come across questions like how did you make use of your time during quarantine in interview you can answer them that you have taken up a hobby or developed a new skill etc.
