If I didn't get any seat in 2nd 3rd 4th will I get back my 1st seat allotment ??

dear aspirant,
If you don't get a seat in round 2, 3 or 4 then your 1round allotted seat are safe and if any chances to get a better seat than first then it will appear in next 2 rounds or csab ,you can go further round for better seat option.
