if I didn't get seat in first round of josaa did I need to submit any certificates

Sometimes due to the college options in your choice filling it might be possible that you will not get any seats in the first round of counselling. But that shouldn't be a reason to worry since with the consecutive rounds of counselling you may get into one of a few of them. Since you haven't mentioned your rank or category I wouldn't be able to assist you with the colleges that you will be able to get in. But here is a link for JEE Mains college predictor:
