As there are options of selecting any special categories in which you belong so that you can avail the benefits of it and for that you have to provide the legal prove so that you can be considered in that particular category. Now as you have mentioned that due to any reason you missed to submit that particular certificate in the given time so you might be not eligible for that particular category and would be considered in general category only.
