if I do 6 months of senior internship after BDS in any government hospital in Tamilnadu, I'll learn & will get more experience. but my question is "Do I ve any preference/ seniority in mrb exam / mds counseling with senior internship certificate?"

Yes, if you do an internship then it is obviously paid attention to and you shall also get preference during the counseling process. But it is better if you do an internship for a year .
