if I do ba program (history + political science ) can I do ma history or pol. sci. honours ?

Hello,

Yes of course if you want to pursue Political science honours, then after graduation you can surely apply for post graduation in Political science. Same is applicable for history.

Regarding the courses both courses are good. You can take either of them. Both courses on Political science and History are interesting and many career opportunities. So do whatever suits you.

Yes of course you can pursue MA in history or political science since the eligibility criteria of them is just that the candidate must have completed graduation from a recognized board or university. Also you must have 50% and above in your graduation.
