The best option for MSc Biotechnology can be IIT/NIT. To get a chance to pursue in this premiere institute then you have to apply for the IIT JAM entrance examination. On qualifying you can pursue a course which can also avail you some placements at the end as well as a quality education.
If you want to study in kolkata then I will say Jadavpur University will be the best.
