If i do B.tech agricultural engineering am i eligible for Msc in astrophysics?

Actually, the answer to the question is Yes. You can go for MSc astrophysics after your b.tech. the eligibility criteria says you should have 50% aggregate in UG degree. So, if you're interested, try for it.
