If i do btech in information technology branch then can i do mtech in cse branch?

Yes. One can do Masters in Computer science Engineering if he/she has done graduation in the subject related to Computer Science. As IT is almost similar to CSE you can do your Masters in Computer science Engineering. Either you can write GATE or any state level PGCET to pursue MTech.
