if I do btech(nanotechnology ) from India and then I pursue masters from abroad would this be beneficial for me??

I would request you to mention in the comment box the name of the college in which you are thinking of pursuing nanotechnology. So, on a general basis these branch will be surely on demand in future.
But yes if you would do your masters from abroad and note this you have to do from a good university then it would be very beneficial for you as it would build up your value in the market.
In india it is still in the verge of increasing scope but in abroad there is a lot of scope.
Yes, after BTech in Nanotechnology from India, you may definitely pursue Masters/PhD from some of the Best Universities Abroad. You have excellent research scope and career prospects in domains like Nanotechnology and Smart Manufacturing especially in Countries like US, Japan, Singapore and Germany.
However, In India too there arent any poorer research prospects. You may even consider CENSE IISc Bangalore or some of the Top IITs for MTech in Nanotechnology, followed by a career in Research, Industry or Academia.
