If I do distance course in any of bachelor degrees, will I be able to appear for UPSC. Will the distance course certificate be useful.

The course you are going to study should be taken from recognized distinct Universitiy other wise it is hard
Indria Gandhi open university provide lots of graduation course which is valid all over india
So try to do from that if you can
Or check the validity of the university
