If i do mbbs from assam through 15%AIQ but have west bengal domicilewill get doctor's post in west bengal govt.hospital

Hi,
Well it won't matter after you get your degree. You can apply for jobs anywhere you want and can learn from anywhere you want conditioned that you get accepted at that hospital in any city. It is a very hush hush process but still you can apply for jobs in your choice of city.
