According to the rules of Indian medical association of you complete your MBBS degree from a foreign University of a foreign country you have to give an examination conducted by Indian medical association.
But you have to keep in mind that the foreign University from which you wants to complete your MBBS study , the respective foreign University should be recognised by Indian medical association.
You can check the official website of the Indian medical association. In that website you can check this matter. It is very important.
But if you complete your MBBS from Bangalore, India you don't need to appear in the examination conducted by Indian medical association.
Even if you complete your higher degree from foreign you don't need to appear in this particular examination of Indian medical association.
Best of luck.
Hope it helps.
