Hey there!
Different states have different domicile requirements. But generally you do need to pass your 10th and 12th examination from a particular state to obtain a domicile of that state. Along with that you might need some residential proof and you must be living in that state for 7 years or so but as I said it is a variable number. But just a degree isn't enough for a domicile of that particular state.
