If i do my mbbs from private college in Karnataka then can i get job in gov hospital in my home state west Bengal??

Yes, once you get your MBBS degree from any recognised medical college in India whether government, deemed or private, you are eligible to practice anywhere in the country. It doesn't matter from which state do you graduate, you can practice in your home state too.
