If I do not choose freeze or not freeze option then can i am eligible for 2nd cap round

Hello Shivam,
It is fine if you don't want to choose freeze option in 1st Round. If the candidates do not wish to participate in the further round of seat allotment, then they will have to select “Freeze”. If you want to continue for further rounds then you should either choose "Float" or "Slide".
