If I do not get any seat even in special round -1 and participate in special rnd-2 again do not get any seat .will my money refund

Dear Rupesh,
Can you please mention the particular counselling you are talking about.
But in general few of the counselling authorities do refund money as per the guidelines and few of them don't refund. Hence it solely depends on particular counselling.
Revert back with the data required.
