If i do not qualify in manipal entrance, Is there any chance to get admission in manipal?

No, the entry for Manipal University is through MU OET. But why would you actually think you wont qualify? Do you know they offer three chances and the best score is taken? Please try and prepare for the exam. It is not a very tough one and you can do well. Else you can apply for the 2nd attempt and use the first one to rectify and prepare well. All the best!
