If I do not show my both degrees I.e. polytechnic(regular) and BA(regular) at the same place or at same time then being it illegal can I do both at the same time in regular mode?

Hi,

No, it will not be considered valid according to the guidelines prescribed by UGC.

- You cannot pursue two regular degrees simultaneously.

- One regular degree and one distance education course are considered valid.

- Regular degrees pursued at different timelines are valid.

Hence, in your case only one degree will be considered valid.
