The Central Admission Board conducted the Uttar Pradesh Engineering Entrance Exam (UPSEE) on April 21, 2019. The answer keys have been released. The candidates have to apply via the online mode by filling the application form. The candidates could also register as EWS candidates and the candidates who had already registered before March 15th were also allowed to change their category to EWS.
As for your question, since UPSEE does not have sectional cutoffs, you won't be disqualified if you do not attempt any question from one of the sections. But it is not recommended because in case two candidates get the same marks, their ranks will be decided by who scored more cumulative marks in the Section 1 of Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
