If I donot get a desired seat in State Round II and joined in state round I, still can I join in DNB after cancelling my state round I seat allotted to me.

Sorry to say you but once you cancel your seat which is allotted in state round 2., If you also doesn't get your desired seat in state round 1, you cannot revert back and cannot access the seat which was allotted in round 2. Hope this will help you. Best of luck
