If I don't apply for aiq in first counselling, can I apply for second counselling freshly? What is the eligibility for second counselling?

Yes you can. There is the chance to register before every round of counseling. If u don't register for the first, you can register for the 2nd,pay and participate in the 2nd round. Even if you register in the 1st round and dont get a college, you have to fill your choices freshly but dont need to register again. Even before the mop up round you can register by paying the required amount and participate in the counseling. But if u have registered in the 1st round itself, you dont have to do it again for 2nd n mop up. Similarly if you register before 2nd round , u dont have to do it before mop up. But for every round,dont forget to freshly fill in the choices.
Eligibility for 2nd round-
1. Registered Students who didnt get a seat in the 1st round.
2. Registered Students who secured a college in 1st round but failed to get admission during document verification,etc
3. Candidates who have reported to the allotted college but asked for upgradation
4.candidates who have been allotted a college but not joined
5. Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of the college.
