If i dont get a better college in next list of du jat, will i be eligible to join previous allotted college or not ?

No if you got a seat in next list irrespective of you want it or not you will automatically loose the one you got now rather if you don't get a seat in the next one then the present one will remain.So keep the colleges which are only higher than the one you got now.
