If i don't get a mail from nta to correct my thumb impression discrepancy.still i can reupload my correct thumb impression during correction process?

Yes of course you can do so. See if you do not receive any mail from NTA regarding any image discrepancy but you think that some modification is required there then you can do so during the NEET UG 2021 Correction window and some other details also as mentioned below can be edited in it (if required) :
- Personal details - Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others
- Exam preference details - Medium of question paper, NEET exam centers 2021 preferences
- Academic details - Class 10, 11 & 12 details
- Address details - Permanent, correspondence address and contact details
- Image discrepancy
NTA will open NEET UG 2021 Correction window on August 8th 2021 and last date to edit the details and remove all the discrepancies will be August 12th 2021 so make sure to edit all the details whichever required within the time frame.
Steps to make correction in your images are mentioned below :-
** Visit the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
** Now click on the ‘correction in Images' button.
** Now login using your login credentials .
** A message to change images in the form will be displayed on the screen
** Upload the correct images.
** After submitting all the corrections, an OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number, just enter it to finish the process.
* Now you can download the correction slip for future references.
The images should be in the prescribed specifications :-
Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format) , Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
