Hello aspirant, hope you are doing good.

So, the answer to your question is a straightaway YES. You can give JEE Mains again and again for 3 consecutive years, irrespective of your counselling in any year. The decision of your counselling isn't going to take away your chances of giving exams, so be rest assured.
