If I don't get seat in first round and got seat in second but i don't want to join the college given to me can the fee be refunded?

Hi there.
Some part of money will be deducted as the seat will be wasted and because of you someone else didn't got the seat . But that fees depends upon college norms .
After deducting that money , the rest will be refunded to you along with the original documents you submitted at the time of admission.
