If I don't get upgraded in second round ayush councelling then can I surrender the alloted college in first round

Hello dear candidate.
Even if you get a seat in the first round and decide you don't want admission in that college, you may appear for the second round. However, if you don't take admission in the college alloted to you, it simply means that you don't want that college. Hence, you cannot take admission in that college again, even in the second round.
