if i dont know coding before college and don't want to do in college ,can i take electronics and telecommunication engineering ?

Hello there,
I would like to inform you that if you haven't done any coding in school then it's totally normal.
You can join a short course for coding language and learn the basics.
Moreover since the course in first year is same for all branches in most of the universities , therefore they do teach you a coding language which is compulsory to do .
So it's totally your choice to select the steam of your choice as per your preference that weather you want a software company job or not.
