If i dont see my roll no in ALQ merit list that means i am not allowed to sit in the first counselling...is that right.??

Hello ananya Sharma,
In ALQ┬а merit list they release the students eligible for first round counselling.
So If your name is not there in first round counselling list┬а don't get disappointed. Hope for the best and your name will be in second round counselling.
