If I don't submit my Mark's online am I not eligible for pessat counselling.can I show my Mark's at the counselling

The counseling process doesn't work that way. Let's try to simplify the process....
You go on with your counselling and let's say you get a college you are interested to get admission.
When you confirm you options then they will say you to visit a particular centre for verification of your documents.
If you fail to do so then you will be disqualified.
