If I dont submit the seat confirmation fees in first round and float my seat then am I not eligible for second round seat allotment?

Hello student,
If your talking about the KCET or the other entrance exam rounds if you get the college in the first round and if yiur wish to continue in second round you have to select the choice two means that I am interested in some other colleges were I can get my seat so your seat will not get cancelled it will be in hold and if u get seat in second round than the first round seat will be cancelled off.
