if i dont want to join the alloted college in the first round of all india counseling, how do i apply for free exit? do i need to open mcc?

Hello Arghya,



If you do not want to join the college that has been allotted to you in Round-1 then you can go further to Round-2 but you will have to forfeit the security money.





According to rules set up by the authorities, you will have to forfeit the money if you wish to move forward to the state counselling process.
