If i drop one year after HS exam and then apply for admission in any college for honours , will my HS marks deducted during admission time??

No, not at all, After dropping one year , there is no deduction in marks of Xii board. Sometimes students have to drop one year due to preparation for entrance exam or any other reason , in that case their board marks remain same and their recent marks for entrance exam are considered.
For admission to hons course or any other ug program, you will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria and age criteria for that year. Some universities may ask for gap Certificate .
