If I fail in 12th Science and I want to reapeat my entire 12th in Commerce again can I do it?

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well...
No it's not possible to any candidate to study commerce in class 12 when she/he failed in 12th science.but you can change you stream for that you have to study again in class 11th with commerce stream or we can say, a new start for the curriculum.hope it's helpful..
