Hello Student,
While fillling up the NEET application form you have to select certain codes which describe their situation.
Also your aggregate marks in PCB should be as follows in order to qualify the exam :
General - 50%
SC/ST/OBC/Reserved PH - 40%
Unreserved PH - 45%
The Code 01 : Candidates who will be appearing for their Class 12 board exam in 2020 and awaiting their result must choose this code. However, such candidates must have qualified their class 12 as per the specified criterion at the time of admissions failing which they will become ineligible.
So if you fail in Chemistry you will not be able to qualify for the exam.

You cannot write NEET exam if you have failed in any subject.AS per as NEET rules and regulation should have a minimum of 50% in 10+2 in physics,chemistry and biology.
For various other categories the cutoff differs and they are as follows
UR:50%
OBC:40%
PWD:45%
