If i fail in class 12 sc board exam and pass from nios exam the same year. can i get admission in any engineering college the same year?

Yes after giving NIOS and passing it with the required eligible marks of the college for which you want to apply you will be eligible to get admission in that college in the same year until and unless admission process of that college is closed.
