if I fail in maths but passed in physics chemistry and biology with overall 68℅... am i eligible for bsc zoology?

Yes, even you have failed in maths, you can still get admission in zoology provided:
You must have passed PCB in 12th and also should have passed 12th overall with 5 subject i. e in your marksheet/result your result status must be pass.
And no need to worry about maths.
This is because,
For bsc zoology, maths is not required in 10+2.So, it doesn't matter at all even if you have failed in maths.
Admission in bsc zoology is in general on the basis of 12 th marks basis and in some colleges/universities also entrance exams are there like BHU UET for BHU
