Qualification Criteria
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.
Subjects: Candidates must pass the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.
Candidates must be the citizen of India.
NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), OCIs (Overseas Citizen of India), PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) & Foreign Nationals can also apply.

See if you are are passed in your 12 th board examination than surely you are eligible for the NEET examination because as per eligibility criteria for NEET examination you have to be passed in your board examination and score and aggregate of 50% marks in physics chemistry and biology on combined if you complete this criteria than yes you sure are eligible for NEET examination.
hi pulak, you must just passed your 12th grade without any arrears and the eligibility for neet is as follows
you must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English. and if you belong to General Category should score a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 or HSC examination.
in case you belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
For persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required. hope this helps, good luck
The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board with minimum 50% in PCB.
So, you are eligible to appear for examination if you have selected the mathematics as optional paper for examination.
