Hi!!

No you will not be eligible if you are not able to pass your hsc board .you should have minimum 60% in 12 to give neet exam .

1) Students appearing class 12 examinations in 2019 or waiting for the result are eligible to fill up the form. If the student does not qualify for the exam with the required percentage in his or her candidature will be cancelled.

2)  Students who have appeared the Senior Secondary Education or the Indian School of Certification after completing 12 years of study with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects.

3) Students qualified the Intermediate or Pre-degree exam in science offered by Indian University or Board or any other recognised body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

4) Students who have passed the pre-professional or pre-medical exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English after completing Higher Secondary examination or equivalent including practical tests and compulsory English.

5) Students pursuing the first year in three years degree course from any recognised university with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and core level English.

6) Students who have qualified B.Sc degree from any recognised Indian University with minimum 2 subjects from Physics, Chemistry and Biology and cleared all earlier exams.

7) Students qualified class 12 exam from National Institute for Open Schooling and State level Open Schools with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as main subjects.

Hey.

To be eligible to take the NEET entrance you need to pass PCBE individually and also require a minimum percentage of 50% in PCB. Considering this you won't be eligible for NEET if you fail in three subjects.
