if i fail plus one one subject for one mark....and after i write improvement examination then also i fail...and in plus two i fail in that subject...then i want to write say plus one and plus two...

As per the question, after writing exam and improvement exam in plus one, you failed to pass similarly you have wrote plus two exam also you failed. So basically in common case you need to write the both exam and pass it.
It may sometimes vary according to registered organisation, so kindly contact your respective school for correct answer
