If i failed in my 12th science (2018-19) from GSEB can i join same school for next year (2019-20) as regular student of 12th science GSEB

Sorry but you can't, as you can't get admission directly in class 12th you need to study in class 11 too moreover no school will give you admission again if you failed class 12th, you can give compartment exam next year or if you want to repeat 12th then you can enrolled into NIOS and get yourself registered there.
