if I failed in theory of 2 subjects but passed the practicals in 12 cbse so is there any need to give practical again or just theory

No , you don't need to give your practical exams again.
You just need to give the examination of the theory of the subjects in which you have failed, your practical marks will remain the same, so there's need to give practical examination again
