if I fill aiims pg mds form from general ews category so am I eligible to take seat from open general category as well or will be bounded to that domain only

During the counselling session you will be bound only to the general ews category as you have mentioned that in the application. Therefore you will not be considered into other categories while allocation of seats in the counselling rounds. As you have mentioned general ews category you will bound only to that.
