If I fill the form for Calcutta University will I get Addmission in CU only or the college's under it?

Calcutta University itself comprises of different colleges that offers different courses to students as per they want to pursue.
So if you fill the form of Calcutta university for any particular course you will be eligible for all the college that offers that course.
You might be charged separately for each college you want to be considered for.
