Hey Shahi.
Yes, you can still give the your Second attempt of JEE Mains paper 1 in April even after you have taken both JEE Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2 in January. Attempting Paper 2 in January will not be counted as your Second attempt, you will still be eligible for the April Exam.
