if i filled govt. bhms college in aaccc counselling after all govt. bams college if i did not got bams college in 2nd round instead got bhms college then can i go for upgradation for bams college in mopup round?

Hi reader ,
if you get a college in second round of AYUSH counselling in any course be it BAMS/BHMS etc you can not opt for upgradation.
further if you want to participate in round 3 / mopup round then in that case
you will be eligible for further counseling if you resign /leave the seat with forfeiture of Security money, 3 days prior to commencement of 3 rd Round.
